What happens when I press Book?
Every part is held for 30 minutes while you pay. If the hold runs out, we check every part again before you pay.
Can I cancel?
More than 72 hours before the start, you get a full refund to your card within 5 days. Inside 72 hours, 50% is refunded, and Care can help if something went wrong.
Can I change the time or the guests?
Move the start in 30-minute steps and every part moves with it. Each partner confirms the new time. A different price is charged or refunded when they confirm.
What does a Director do?
Design adds touches no catalogue has and briefs every partner. Care owns the night and anything that goes wrong. Add one, both, or neither.
How do gifts work?
A gift is a 4-character code, valid 12 months, usable across moments until it reaches zero. The unused balance is refundable within 14 days of purchase.
Can friends share the cost?
Split it with friends: each pays a share by code, before a deadline. When it’s fully paid, the moment books. After the deadline you can cover the rest, give two more days, or cancel and refund everyone.
Who sees my details?
Partners see only what their job sheet needs and never your phone number. Everything reaches you through Oligue.
